MICRODOSING GUIDANCE

We always recommend people start with 125mg capsules for 3 reasons:

1. Beginning with 250 mg may feel too strong and can be off-putting.
2. The 125 mg capsules allow you to begin with a lower dose. We recommend taking 125 mg for the first two to three days, giving your body time to become familiar with this new supplement.
3. The 125 mg capsules provide greater flexibility in dosing, allowing for doses of 125 mg, 250 mg, 375 mg, and so on.

Dosing Schedule

There are several different microdosing protocols. Two popular protocols are outlined below. Some people microdose every day, while other protocols recommend incorporating days off. Dosing schedules are highly individual and continue to be explored by the worldwide microdosing community. Numerous resources are available online to help inform your dosing schedule.

Onset Feeling

You may notice a subtle onset feeling, although many people report no noticeable onset at all. For those who do experience an onset feeling, it typically begins within 30-60 minutes of ingestion and subsides within approximately one hour or less. Thereafter, you will settle into an all-around good feeling and good sense of wellbeing.

If you experience an onset feeling, it will often become less noticeable within three to four days. If it does not diminish, your microdose may be too high. Will I hallucinate?

A true microdose is intended to be non-hallucinogenic. A microdose is often described as “subperceptual,” meaning it operates subtly in the background. Another way to describe a microdose is that you may notice positive effects without impairment to your normal day-to-day activities.
